    全新 R1200GS 搭载 1,170 cc 水平对置双缸发动机，前轮配备两片 305 mm 制动盘。减重成果包括发动机减重 13 kg，车架与行走机构减重 17 kg。3

    BMW 于 2005 年底推出 R1200GS Adventure，接替 R1150GS Adventure。15

    Rallye 配备窄版座椅、水箱护网和交叉辐条轮毂；TE Exclusive 则采用 Iced Chocolate 金属漆、灰色饰板和金色制动卡钳。9
