Email [email protected]. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, SPOT version, and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or Apple verification codes.
Taking and identifying photos
Open Photo in SPOT and keep the whole car in frame. Allow camera access in iPhone Settings and photo processing in SPOT Settings. Saved drafts stay on your phone if the connection fails. Open the app with an internet connection to retry. AI results may be wrong or incomplete; a clearer angle can help. Never photograph while driving or enter private property to take a photo.
Your garage and account
Connect with Sign in with Apple in SPOT Settings to recover your garage on another iPhone. Guest garages depend on the installation. You can export account records or delete your account in Settings. If deletion is interrupted, reopen the app to resume it, or contact us.
SPOT Plus
The free plan includes 20 identification requests per calendar month, up to 3 per UTC day. SPOT Plus includes 200 per calendar month, with a maximum of 15 per day. Allowances reset at midnight UTC each day and on the first day of each calendar month; unused requests do not roll over. Opening the camera or saving a local draft does not use an identification. An accepted identification request counts even if its result is inconclusive.
View the current monthly price and purchase in Settings → SPOT Plus. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple and SPOT accounts if a purchase has not appeared. Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting SPOT or your SPOT account does not cancel billing. Apple handles refunds through Report a Problem.
Privacy and safety
Your garage is private by default. Review personal-detail masks before sharing with friends. You can remove or block friends and report inappropriate shared photos in the app, or email us about abuse. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
