The story

Named for the aurochs, ancestor of domestic cattle, Urus was made to recruit buyers who needed a daily driver. Its original 4.0 L twin-turbo V8 worked with rear-wheel steering and a torque-vectoring rear differential.14

  • The original Urus mixes Y-shaped and hexagonal details, a peaked hood and crossed rear-hood lines.15

  1. 2022: Performante debut

    Performante adds a two-tone hood and extended roof spoiler; 23-inch Pelope wheels provide another clue.410

  2. 2023 model year: Urus S

    Urus S has hood cooling vents, additional black trim in the front bumper and a subtly reshaped rear bumper.1020

  3. 2024: SE debut

    SE gets slimmer headlights, a larger grille and reshaped hood; mesh joins the Y-shaped rear lights and the license plate moves lower.412

  4. 2024: SE cabin

    SE cabins gain a 12.3-inch central touchscreen with a new interface.411

  5. 2027: SE Performante

    SE Performante adds exposed hood strips, slotted wheel arches, a roof wing, a rear lip spoiler and the largest Urus diffuser.13
