The story

Built for SUV demand, the X761 F-Pace ran from February 2016 to December 2025. It shared D7a architecture with the XE, XF and Range Rover Velar, pairing an 80% aluminum body structure with F-Type-derived double-wishbone front suspension.14

    19.08 m loop for the unveiling

    Terry Grant put the F-Pace through a record 19.08 m loop and 6.5G before its Frankfurt motor show debut.2

    First deliveries from Solihull

    Built at Jaguar Land Rover's Solihull Plant in the UK, the F-Pace reached European customers in April and US customers in May.15

    MY2018 adds three Ingenium choices

    MY2018 brought a 247 hp 25t gasoline, a 237 hp twin-turbo 25d diesel and a 161 hp E-Performance diesel with manual transmission and rear-wheel drive.6

    World Car of the Year and Design winner

    At the New York International Auto Show, the F-Pace collected both World Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year.1

    SVR: 542 hp and 395/396 mm discs

    SVR debuted with a 542 hp, 680 Nm 5.0 L V8: 0–100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and 283 km/h, plus 395/396 mm discs and 30%/10% stiffer front/rear springs.7

  6. 2020

    Facelift brings sixes and plug-in power

    New straight-six mild hybrids offered 335/394 hp gasoline or 296 hp diesel; the 398 hp P400e plug-in hybrid paired a 2.0 L four with an electric motor.8

  7. 2021

    SVR gets Project 8 hardware

    SVR torque rose to 700 Nm, with the XE SV Project 8 torque converter, Dynamic Launch, retuned dampers and revised chassis bushings.910

  8. 2023

    SVR 575 Edition lifts output to 567 hp

    With 567 hp and 700 Nm, the 5.0 L supercharged V8 sent the SVR 575 Edition from 0–100 km/h in 4.0 seconds.11

  9. 2025

    The final Jaguar combustion car

    The final SVR left Solihull on December 19 as Jaguar's last combustion car. It was sent to the British Motor Museum in Gaydon for display.3

Look for

  • Narrow headlights give the nose a scowl against broad shoulders.21
  • A bulging hood and pronounced rear haunches echo the F-Type sports car.13
  • A long roof and restrained side sculpting distinguish it from the smaller E-Pace.22
