The story

Made for group travel and shuttle work, the Jumpy Combi could seat 9 adults in 3 rows. Its 2016 SpaceTourer successor used EMP2 underpinnings, with Toyota joining PSA in development.123

    PSA–Fiat roots at SEVEL Nord

    Built in France at SEVEL Nord, the PSA–Fiat Jumpy shared its base with the Citroën Évasion MPV and wore Dispatch badges in Britain.4

    Headlamps and indicators unite

    The first generation gained a new bumper and hood, with the headlights and indicators now combined.5

  3. 2007

    2.0 Combi Atlante: 165 km/h

    The 2.0 16V gasoline Combi Atlante paired 138 hp with a 165 km/h top speed and a 1,279 kg braked towing limit.6

  4. 2007

    A roofless ski shuttle from Sbarro

    Citroën gave Franco Sbarro and Espera students a Jumpy to turn into a 6-seat hotel-to-ski-run shuttle, with no roof or doors.7

  5. 2012

    New grille, 161 hp Multispace

    The facelift brought a new grille; the Multispace HDi 160 Exclusive's 2.0 diesel delivered 161 hp through a 6-speed manual.58

  6. 2016

    SpaceTourer joins the EMP2 era

    The K0 program teamed PSA with Toyota; the EMP2-based SpaceTourer offered 3 body lengths and 5–9 seats.235

  7. 2020

    ë-SpaceTourer brings two battery sizes

    The ë-SpaceTourer debuted with 50 or 75 kWh batteries and up to 330 km WLTP; AC charging was 7.4 kW, with 11 kW optional.35

  8. 2022

    Passenger combustion sales retreat

    Combustion passenger sales ended in most of Europe, with Switzerland and the Balkans exempt. Electric versions carried on.5

    Holidays turns SpaceTourer into a camper

    The SpaceTourer-based Holidays arrived with a Bravia conversion, a pop-up roof and sleeping space for up to 4.3

How to spot one

Look for

  • First-generation facelift: indicators are built into the headlamp units.5
  • Second-generation Jumpy, from 2012: chevrons join a grille bar reaching the headlights.9
  • SpaceTourer: tall, boxy body with large rear side doors that slide open.14

Year by year

  1. 2004–2006

    First-generation facelift brings a new bonnet and bumper; indicators join the headlamp units instead of remaining separate.5

  2. 2012

    Second-generation grille and bumper change; the upper grille carries chevrons and extends to the headlights.59

  3. 2016

    The passenger replacement becomes SpaceTourer, offered in XS, M and XL lengths with a 1.90 m roof.2

  4. 2024 (Dispatch)

    Dispatch gets an oval nose badge, a smoother grille, a new infotainment touchscreen and a digital driver's display.15
