The story

Created as a sporty 250cc scooter in 2000, Honda's Forza grew into a 125-to-750 family for commuting and touring. The 750 flagship uses a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox.123

    MF06: Forza begins with 250cc

    The 250 arrives in Japan. Known as NSS250, it is sold as Reflex in North America and Jazz in Europe from 2001.134

  2. 2004

    Fuel injection and six-step S-Matic

    The Forza X and Z gain fuel injection and 62-liter storage. The Z adds six-step S-Matic, a first for the 250cc class.5

  3. 2007

    Four valves, seven virtual gears

    The Forza Z and Z ABS gain a four-valve single. Their seven-step S-Matic adds load sensing, a motorcycle first that adapts shifts for hills or a passenger.6

  4. 2013

    300 in Europe, Forza-Si 250 in Japan

    The Forza 300 goes on sale in Europe, built at Atessa in Italy. Japan gets the Thai-built Forza-Si 250, based on the 300.3

    Forza 125 joins Europe's commute

    Designed for Europe, the premium 125 commuter offers roughly 300 miles per tank; a road test records 2.6 L/100 km.37

  6. 2018

    300 reborn; 125 gets an electric screen

    The Forza 300 drops 12 kg and brings touring ability plus two-helmet storage. The Forza 125 gets a restyle and electric screen.89

  7. 2021

    350 replaces 300; 125 gets more screen

    The 350 grows from 279cc to 330cc, with 29 hp and 31.5 Nm. The 125 adds 40 mm of screen travel and a USB-C socket.3910

  8. 2021

    750: a twin with six-speed DCT

    The new flagship pairs a 745cc parallel twin with six-speed DCT. A restricted 47 hp version caters to A2 riders.23

  9. 2025

    TFT dashboards and a smoother 750 DCT

    The 125 and 350 gain five-inch RoadSync TFTs. The 750 adds cruise control, a 25% wider screen and smoother low-speed DCT response.21112

How to spot one

Look for

  • MF06 250: V-shaped front, twin headlights and a stepped saddle.3
  • MF08: paired front and rear lamps, plus four analog gauges around a central LCD.5
  • MF10: slim body, short rear overhang and a circular rear lamp.6
  • Early 125: LED strips beneath the headlights, with little obvious 125 badging.1317
  • 750: a 17-inch front wheel, upside-down forks and twin front brake discs.212
