The story

Built to replace the 458 under pressure from emissions rules, the 488 was Ferrari's first mid-engine turbo V8 since the F40. The Ferrari Styling Centre under Flavio Manzoni shaped a car with more power from less displacement.12

  • GTB: big side scoops are split into two sections by a blade.3
  • Twin exhaust outlets sit high in the rear bumper to clear the large diffuser.1
