The story

Created to relaunch Alpine, the A110 brought Jean Rédélé’s vision of light, agile sports cars to Geneva in 2017. Aluminum construction, double wishbones and a mid-mounted engine defined its comeback.13

    Renault and Caterham join forces

    Renault and Caterham sign up to develop a mid-engine sports car together. Caterham later runs short of money; Renault finishes the A110 alone.45

    Geneva revival, 1,955 launch cars

    The modern A110 debuts at Geneva after all 1,955 Première Edition slots are reserved in five days, honoring Alpine's founding year.16

  3. 2021

    GT and S gain 300 hp

    The revised A110, GT and S range is announced. GT and S get 300 hp and 340 Nm; the S gains an optional Aero Kit for 275 km/h.7

  4. 2022

    A110 R cuts 34 kg with carbon

    Carbon wheels, hood, engine cover and seats help the A110 R reach 1,082 kg. The track-focused version runs 0–100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.6

  5. 2023

    9:17.412 at Pikes Peak

    Raphaël Astier takes the A110 Pikes Peak to third overall, breaking the previous Open-category record by more than seven seconds.8

  6. 2024

    R Ultime: 345 hp on 102 RON

    The Paris debut brings a road-legal track car with 345 hp on 102 RON and 0–100 km/h in 3.8 seconds; 110 are planned, including 15 La Bleue cars.9

  7. 2025

    GTS and 770-car R 70 finale

    The 300 hp GTS replaces GT and S; the R 70 celebrates Alpine's 70th with 770 cars, including 70 each in blue, white and red.10

  8. 2026

    28,701 cars; next stop electric

    A blue A110 R 70 closes the modern A110's Dieppe production run. Its electric successor will use the new APP platform.3

    Base A110 adopts 18-inch Serac wheels; GT gets black diamond-cut Grand Prix wheels and chrome arrowed-A side emblems.15

    S gains forged 18-inch Fuchs wheels and black boomerang headlights.15
