Created for growing crossover demand, the Arona sits below the Ateca. Built in Martorell, Spain, the 2017 model shares the Ibiza Mk5's MQB A0 platform and offers a 400-liter trunk.23

    Barcelona debut, Martorell production

    Revealed in Barcelona on June 26, the 4,138 x 1,780 x 1,543 mm Arona is SEAT's second MQB A0 model after the Ibiza, built exclusively in Martorell.23

    Beats brings 300 watts

    Announced in June, Arona Beats adds a 300-watt amp, seven speakers and a spare-wheel subwoofer; launch is planned for the final quarter.4

    TGI adds a CNG alternative

    September brings the 1.0 TGI: a CNG option rated at 89 hp and 160 Nm, coupled to a six-speed manual.3
